LegiLocal - Projet FUI 9 Cap digital - 2010-2013

The Legilocal project aims to achieve three goals :
- support the local authorities in their local decisions by placing them in the relevant (National and European) legal, economic, politic and collaborative context.
- simplify citizen access to local administrative, legal and public data by proposing to the local authorities a network of services based on semantic web technologies that is easy to integrate in their website.
- give a chance to the citizens to participate in citizen communities where they can inquire and comment decisions made by the local authorities.

Expected ROI:
- develop et provide new functionalities coupling semantic web 3.0 and web 2.0 technologies
- model referential ontologies and terminologies in the legal domain to propose to future clients in this market sector
- maintain and enrich tied collaborations with Temis, Lexis Nexis, LIPN that lead Mondeca to propose new services to its clients (semantic annotation, standard terminologies, competencies in the legal domain for publishers, etc.)
