InterSTIS - ANR-07-TECSAN-026-07 - 2008-2010
-
The goal of project InterSTIS is to make interoperable, within a "multisource terminology server," the common French-language medical terminologies including SNOMED for clinical information coding, ICD-10 and CCAM for medico-economic coding, ICPC used by general practitioners, the MeSH for scientific literature, and other proprietary terminologies.
Semantic Interoperability of Terminologies in French Health Information Systems
Main partners: CisMEf (Rouen Hospital), Lertim, DSPIM St-Etienne, Vidal, Memodata…
Expected ROI:
- developing a set of standardised web services and a end-point SPARQL entry for querying a multi-terminologies server
- developing, aligning and proposing medical ontologies and terminologies referential (Mesh, CIM10, SNOMED CT…) to medical actors (publishers, hospitals, pharmaceuticals,…)
- business projects already sold to interested clients such as BioMérieux, AP-HP (Paris Hospitals)…
