Content IQ is an assessment service whereby Mondeca experts audit all the important aspects of content delivery at a client organization. The service answers the following questions :
1. Do you really need to make your content delivery any smarter than it already is?
We will audit your current content delivery processes to determine whether there are any high-impact areas that fall short of the best practice recommendations. The audited features include querying, navigation, question answering, analytics, discovery, personalization, interoperability, and reuse.
2. What would be the most effective approach to improve the identified weaknesses ?
We take a pragmatic look at how the shortfalls identified in the 1st step can be improved. We provide objective solutions that are optimal for our clients and are not necessarily based on Mondeca’s technology. Rapid Prototyping approach is used to quickly test feasibility and identify the main components for a given solution.
3. How to prioritize projects and features in order to optimize the ROI?
In most situations, there are multiple possibilities to improve content delivery. Once these possibilities are clarified in the 2nd step, the next natural question is which of the solutions should be implemented first. To answer this question we carry out a cost-benefit analysis for each solution and prioritize solutions based on the estimated cost/benefit ratios, while taking into account any budget and time constraints.
A typical audit takes 4 person-days at the total cost of 3000 euros :
