The project will provide European Security stakeholders with a toolkit based on an open-source software framework and a set of advanced information processing tools. This toolkit will allow building end-user oriented applications: ranging from open source collection to decision support and providing at each step actionable, rated, validated information. Cooperation of various European agencies will be addressed by proposing a standard, open and interoperable toolkit, facilitating storage and sharing of information.

Expected ROI :
- help to reach a new market in the security domain
- maintain and pursue existing collaborations with major actors such as Thales and EADS
- enrich existing ITM semantic repository with functionalities to allow the end user to better access, annotate, query knowledge in the referential but also provide means to support his decisions through active collaboration
